Mysterious face spotted on BBC Weather map!

Some of you...well, a few of you...alright, just I, spotted what appears to be a face in the BBC Breakfast weather map today, hovering around the coast of Wales. Sorry for the quality, it's a digital camera picture taken off TV screen, but here it is:

Looks like a turban he has on his head, too. Discuss this astounding occurence!

Wasn't there something similar to this on the BBC Weather (or something similar) where somebody's head was in the way?

Could it not just be a cloud pattern, mimicing the shading on land? Otherwise the aliens have landed! (Or is it just Daniel Corbett?)
