Quite by accident I came across a promotional video for myITV, which is ITV's concept of how iptv could look like in the future.

What a pity that despite great ideas ike that, we still end up with something as unimaginative and unfriendly as 'ITV Player'.

Very nice... although I'm sure that kind of service will have to wait until they know the whole country is on a decent enough broadband system. It would at least get around problems with advertising, as long as the setup didn't go subliminally crazy and cover the whole border with logos and images.
