If The Wacky Bodybuilders win Britain's Got Talent, not only will have a chance to perform at the Royal Variety Performance but with £100,000 to set up The Wacky Productions in co-production with ITV Productions for ITV1 to make a television series of The Wacky Bodybuilders.

Please buy the site at 55 Albion Grove, London, N16 8RE to use studios to be constructed and converted from buildings residential respite service to enable the new programme to be made and broadcast. If is very successful the group will achieve worldwide success with its children's albums, videos, television series and concert appearances.

On the ITV1 show they will have poo, nappy and farts things. If we become rich The Wacky Productions would set up its UK transmission post-production facility in South Bank and Hackney. Known as the London Playout Centre (LPC), the facility would provide technical and creative services to broadcasters including SmileTV, Psychic Interactive, Sumo TV, Game Network, Babestation, Get Lucky TV, AnimeCentral, B4, Bliss, Chart Show TV, Flaunt, Minx, POP!, POP! +1, Pop Girl, Scuzz, The Vault, Tiny Pop, Tiny Pop +1, True Movies, True Movies 2, E-Music TV and Ticketmaster TV.

Babestation would be broadcast from Studio 5 from The London Studios. Psychic Interactive and Sumo TV would be broadcast from Studio 7 from The London Studios. Babestation2 would be broadcast from Studio 8 from The London Studios.

The Wacky Productions would buy Cellcast Group Plc, a media group focusing on interactive television products, based in the United Kingdom.
When TWP own Cellcast, we will closedown the businesses outside UK and also launch a new channel to air Interactive Talk Shows, Interactive Entertainment, Interactive Dating and Chat and Interactive Shopping and Auctions.

Sony Pictures Television International Networks Limited ("SPTINL") would set up in the United Kingdom to develop and launch a United Kingdom version of the Sony's television programming including Sony Entertainment Television, AXN and Animax.

Sony channels would be available either as a stand-alone premium channel or as bonus channels for Sky 6 Mix package.

Sony would beneficially owned 91% of the outstanding common stock of SPTINL. The Wacky Productions would owned nine percent of the outstanding shares of SPTINL.

Here's an idea I put you. Let's pretend you are buying air rights on Sky / Virgin and on the intetnet for a TV Channel what kind of channel would you start up. Something different that’s not been done before. This is my idea a channel (or set of channels) called Rewind TV Jukebox, what makes it different from any other repeat networks UK Gold, ITV3 etc is this channel would be a 24-hour interactive repeat channel that would also aim to repeat stuff that doesn't ever get repeated (as a rule) not just the old sitcoms that have all been repeated to death but other treasures would be aired. Stuff from BBC, ITV, C4 (I've thrown in a all shows that were on satellite/cable channels too It's just a fantasy)

Details of programmes available would be posted on screen and TV viewers press the red button on the remote and log on the internet and order their requests. These are then played to all viewers.

The first channel would be >>Rewind TV Jukebox 90's more spin off's rewind jukebox 80's, 70's etc could follow on later but I am a child of the 90's that would be the 1st channel, and everything on Rewind TV Jukebox 90's would have a 90's feel, the idents the continuity announcers would try and emulate a 90's feeling. (Everything par the modern adverts that would have to be inserted).

It would be supplemented with many on-air features that are the nucleus of Rewind programming, including RewindTalk, New Shows This Week, Breaking Out of Rewind TV and RewindTops.

Rewind TV Jukebox 90's would share the Sky EPG slot with Sony Entertainment Television UK broadcasting on TV from 1am to 6am. It would broadcast 24/7 on the web. Rewind TV 80’s would share the Sky EPG slot with AXN/Animax. It would broadcast 24/7 on the web. Rewind TV Jukebox 70’s, 60s 50’s and 40’s would broadcast 24/7 on the web.

The Wacky Productions would buy E-Music TV. E-Music TV would launch a new channel on Sky Digital broadcasting from Fridays to Sundays in the mornings from 01:00am until 06:00am in the morning timesharing with Diva TV. It would have a in vision VJ broadcasting from Leaside. E-Music TV wwould broadcast news bulletins on the hour.

All bulletins are live and contain a full mix of National and International stories, as well as showbiz.
The 50:50 JV of TWP and Ticketmaster would be launch as Ticketmaster TV. It would sell tickets to events on TV and it will be broadcast from Leaside. The number of programmes would be pre-recorded.
It would launch on Sky Digital broadcasting from Monday to Thursdays in the mornings from 01:00am until 06:00am in the morning timesharing with Diva TV.

If VITV, Rewind TV Jukebox and E-Music TV merge to form VITV, the channel line up were:

Channel U
Fizz TV
Rewind TV Jukebox
E-Music TV

Emap, publisher of Broadcast, would enter into a joint-venture with The Wacky Productions to launch a channel aimed at TV producers and broadcasters. As part of the deal, Broadcast would supply a daily news service to the channel. Other features would include a recruitment section, a database of production services and a producers' auction for buying or hiring equipment. Produxion TV is a joint-venture, 50 per cent owned by Emap, with the rest of the equity held by the other partner. Produxion TV would be a premium encrypted channel.

The launch of Produxion TV is dependent on the successful completion of TWP's purchase of London International Television (LITV).

The Business Channel (TBC) would be moving its end time forward six hours to 19.00 from 1 July following the channel's merger with Produxion TV. TBC would run from 06.00 to 19.00 as a premium encrypted channel followed by Produxion TV.

The Wacky Productions would also buy up websites companies including Digital Spy (Address: 6 Queens Elm Square, London, SW3 6ED) Media247 (Address: 118 Antrobus Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, West Midlands, B21 9NY), Off The Telly (Address: 52 Foresthall Crescent, Glasgow, G21 4EE).
They would formed The Wacky Media Group, to control the interests of The Wacky Productions, Digital Spy, Media247 and Off The Telly and more.

It would use to to create a show that look at the developments in the media world, and came up with the idea of Digital Spy TV, this meant creating shows that use graphics instead of presenters. It is likely that Five and Sky One will pick up the show.

Shortly after launching, Digital Spy TV could found itself being taken off air during a dispute with the National Union of Journalists over the showing of media news on ITV1, Channel 4 and Five. During that time, a show called 'Off The Telly', made by the same production team, would air. This consisted of essays, and reviews of the best of classic and contemporary British TV. When dispute would resolved Digital Spy TV returns.

TWB are is set to make up to £75m after agree to sell his Wacky Media Group to ITV plc, ITV would agree a price tag of £225m for Wacky. The bumper pay-out includes £75m to cover Wacky's debts. The other £150m will go to Wacky's current owners - with £40m-worth in ITV shares.

But TWB would carry on doing is act.
