I've just dug out an aging copy of Sim City 4, and while playing about with teraforming, a familiar piece of music came over my speakers.
The song in the game is entitled: "Terrain" (you can see this and listen to it by clicking the (...) button, and clicking the sound icon in the top right corner of Region View) is the well known eerie music that they use underneath entire investigations on LivingTV's Most Haunted.
Now I know most broadcasters have a 'coverall' licence where they pay a set amount of money and they can use anything they want, but surely this does not cover music from computer games also? Can it?
