On 15th July, we got a letter saying our sky subscription was going up by £2.50 a month, but 10 days later, we get an almost identical letter, saying it's going up by £3.50 a month. So, what letter's correct?

Having checked our packages on the SkyBox, the £3.50 increase looks to be right, but, don't know where the extra quid comes from.

Could be the VAT?

It's ok, we got it sorted. It was an error on Sky's part. The charge is going up £2.50, not £3.50

The OP is lucky to have two letters from Sky. I haven't had one yet.
