The Multicoloured Swap Shop is returning with the original team for a one-off special on BBC2 this December to celebrate 30 years of Saturday morning TV. The stars of Saturday Superstore, Going Live! and Live & Kicking will also be appearing.

Hmm yeah. I didn't mean for it to turn out like the 'Supermarket Sweep' scandal. I posted it because I thought the news of the shows return would have been of interest. I should have edited out the contestant plea. Sorry, I wasn't thinking.

I'M SOOOOOOO HAPPY!!

Hmm, ironic seeing as Saturday Morning TV basically ended last year - to me anyway.

On the bright side, i'll look forward to this. I still have the 'Multicoloured Saturdays' documentary Noel did in 1996 on VHS.

I wonder if they'll show that documentary on the night?

I'll look forward to this, as it's a bit before my time - going live!, however, will be fantastic to see back, i used to love this show. So, will this be like the ITV Gameshow Marathon, where we see a different show each week?

Well at least it's at BBC TV Centre. When I went to see Return of The Goodies they made it at the LWT studios and that was where the show was axed.

Hopefully they'll put Swap Shop in TC1.
