MTV UK to get refreshed logos and go widescreen

The logos will be slightly refreshed. The current logo used in the States will now be used here (not in a box as what is used here), which means that, yes, the MTV brand will no longer officially stand for 'Music Television' here.

MTVNHD is becoming MTV Live HD.
