No, because channel 100 is used for rolling previews and is the top of the EPG anyway. They did the same with BT Sport Showcase during the Champions League Final.

I don't think the wording says they need the "first five slots" anyway, just that they need to be placed prominently. All being on the first page of the guide satisfies this requirement, IIRC.
