I bought this DVD again today this time from WHSmith Ilford & it had the same problem!!!!

Surely they shoudl recall them all to stop all this confusion

If you look on the Digital Spy Forum there is an ongoing thread about this and apparently they have been/going to be recalled.

I pre-orded mine from Play.com about a week before it got released, it arrived on the day of release and never had any trouble with it, everyone else seems to only get the animated episodes for some reason.

I work for WHS. Today received communication from Head Office that Universal would be recalling all of the titles in stock. If you've got one and are experiencing problems, take it back and get a refund.

Just to reiterate, this is not a customer recall, it's a store recall.

I'll take it back either Wednesday or Saturday then.

I'm surprised it wasn't recalled earlier it has been out since late Nov/ early dec
