The general entertainment overflow range is 140-199. I think at some stage they intend to launch a consultation into merging the HD channels into the regular listings, presumably as we approach the point where all multiplexes start switching to DVB-T2.

It seems there is a nasty click between CA and Ident on CBS Action. What could be causing it.
