err no they don't.  Monkey will only go to homes with ITV Digital, so that's new subscribers or existing ones.  If you are an existing subscriber, you have to subscribe to TV7 magazine for a year at a cost of £30.00.  ITV Digital then send you the monkey.  You do have to pay for Monkey as an existing subscriber, but he is well worth it.  

Just call customer services, and they'll sort you out.

I now want a monkey despite the fact I don't have ITV Digital.
But if you can't afford the 30 quid there's always the Blue Peter DIY version ...
