Well I saw it when I went to a school trip when I was going Back to the School and After that the name was Monster Mania and the people thought it was funny

I was looking at the Go Compare You Tube site for some clues about what's going to happen tomorrow. It's clever actually. They know the effect that the ads have on some people and are hated and play up to that. Reminds me of the Marmite campaign when they introduced you'll either love it or you hate it. Marmite thought that was a terrible idea but the strategy worked.
Do we know exactly what time we'll see the new ads debut? For example during Coronation Street or another specific show?

If the timing is right on the ad (which I doubt), it will be a quarter past one in the afternoon.
Have you noticed that there's a piece of grey tape on the TV at the end blocking the manufacturer badge?
Looks shoddy. Doesn't bode well.

They have, but they're taking advantage of it. They're obviously capitalising on people's hate for the character. Any publicity is good publicity.
I don't get to see many adverts as I watch mainly recorded TV, but whenever I've come across those for gocompare, I've been instantly put off, because all I see is a rather irritating man singing badly.
It makes them memorable, but for all the wrong reasons. Perhaps they've realised that.

I do believe you've never before told us that you bypass all adverts as well as scenes featuring Dev from Corrie for the last five flippin' years as you have Sky Digikal. If you say Sky Digikal over and over do you get another box free, like Scary Spice in Bo Selecta?
But I digress,
You my have Sky Digikal but you don't have magic eyeballs. We ALL see a rather irritating man singing.
There's no right or wrong way to be memorable - if the object was to be memorable, they achieved it.

But when you're renewing your car insurance and you're looking at different sites, hate it or not a lot of people will use GoCompare because it's an advertising strategy that works. If it saves you money then I doubt anyone could care less how annoying the advert is- but the annoying advert has got them to the site in the first place. But I always find Money Supermarket is the best one anyway.
