So indeed, Dara and the team burst onto our screens last night, without Frankie Boyle, who left at the end of the last series. The regulars are now Hugh, Russell & Andy. This week saw a man in a Suit on the opposition team who I have never heard of. So post your comments here, tell me who the suited man is, and watch it on iPlayer (Which is the way I did, sometimes the record button is out of your reach).

Also, they haven't acted as if Frankie never existed, confetti fell and it was 'From Frankie', and the note on the confetti said 'Make reference to Kerry Katona', which was a long running thing Frankie went on about.

At what point did this happen? I am not a fan of Mock the Week but I enjoy confetti as much as the next man, so I might watch that bit.

Only a few minutes in, was said to be a cheap wedding, as it was 1 piece of confetti, and barley visible, until they started raving about it.

It was Patrick Kielty. I thought he was no Frankie, but Milton was definitely excellent. It wasn't publicized very much, I never saw a promo.

You've never heard of Patrick Kielty? Shocked

Bare in mind he's not permanent. That was the seat he was assigned to which just happened to be Frankie's.

Patrick Kielty said of the statement 35 Seconds : "Is that the time it will take viewers to switch over, when they see me sitting in Frankie's seat?". I hope Christine Bleakley has forgiven him for the mobile phone incident Wink

35! Honestly.

Edit: I don't think you're lying Jugalug, don't worry Wink I have changed it, congratulations on spotting my deliberate mistake-- I put them in just for you Smile

It just wasn't the same without Frankie, I know he was controversial but that's the whole point of satire.

Despite finding him funny, I actually didn't miss him.

I agree, Frankie although good, was far to dominant on Mock The Week. I'd like to hear more from Russell and Hugh.
