Mobile Phone Trashverts

Ofcom's ban on scrolling text and vaugueness has came into force and the T&C are now much larger and static on these ads.

However I've noticed they have started mumbling the cost. 8 triple 2 8 club being the one i noticed this morning.

"and join 8228 clubs for three tones a week atonlythrrpnd"

also on the end of one of the dodgy impressions ringtone adverts I noticed "sounds not endorsed by any celebrity" was said as the sound faded out. now although it's less important surely that's against some rule or dodgy in some manner?

It doesn't really matter, as the ASA have ruled Jamster & assosiated companies cannot advertise before 9PM. Not sure when it comes into force though- it hasn't yet.
