Mistakes - General - any programme

To be fair, I just copied and pasted to save time. However, that would make me far more foolish as I failed to spot the error twice.

there was a mistake on amy winehouse 'what really Happened?' on Channel 4.

they showed a clip of Back to Black.

the onscreen graphics called it 'you know i'm no good'.

Not surprised. The quality of those documentaries have been p!ss poor.

Incidently, while I type this the 'Subtitles' DOG has frozen on Dexter on ITV1.

I noticed. Considering the thread author stated "this isn't a 'Working Lunch' thread", it seems all he manages to contribute are clips from said show.

I haven't actually noticed any from other programmes that were worth including. I was hoping more people would contribute.

This isn't really a mistake, but I did wonder what had made Ms Wark chuckle at the end of Newsnight last night (It left me with a smile on my face as I went to bed) :
