Mistakes - General - any programme

Ceefax seemed to be in a bit of trouble this morning when I switched on at 5:00 -

The screen flashed a couple of times and eventually at 5:08 the problem was fixed and it returned to normal (working clock, rolling pages and green '152').

It seems that letting all ITV regions be controlled from London was a big mistake...

Just been watching Westcountry via Sky, and an advert for South Wales Accident Helpline was played out not once but twice in the news slot before the Grand Prix - when of course it should have been the South West Accident Helpline version of the same advert.

anyone who watches Cbeebies would of seen that it fell of the air for about 5 minutes at about 12:30

Is the NTC at Leeds gone then .I thought that Leeds controlled the Northern regions of ITV.
