Mistake on the Ten

Only very small - started playing end titles before Michael Buerk had finished speaking. It faded out and started again in the correct place.

I saw that - Michael seemed to hesitate a bit, and then start talking slightly louder! Do you think they were trying to play the headline bed off MD and played the wrong track or something?
