Ant & Dec sent that ident package up in a spoof and wrapped it around the Little Ant & Dec of the time.
http://625.uk.com/tv_logos/itv_02.htm and scroll down to the Little Ant & Dec section - sadly the upload shows its age as it's a) very small and b) Realplayer. Fortunately VLC can play them, so not a major disaster.

Still on topic though, as Andrew Wiseman's page above (625.uk.com) suggests there were four Little Ant & Dec ident spoofs in the second series of the Takeaway, none of the other three appear to have surfaced on YouTube. The stills on that page are probably from them as none of those shots of the boys with the hoop, space hopper and party poppers appear in the video.
