Those were the days, when Millionaire ran for several consecutive nights, and stopped. Second night onwards they'd review the previous night at the start. There would be a gap of a few months before another nightly series. I'd like to see a return to this method, instead of once a week for most of the year.

I used to love that as well. Half an hour was just enough - an hour is boring. Plus, when it's next to Casualty there's no competition in my opinion.

Quick question. I don't know who else has seen these episodes, but it seems alot less moodier and somewhat brighter. There is also a box full of money on the side where the chairs are.

Is these the pilot episodes?

Seen what episodes? The box of money was there from the start and lasted around a year when it got taken away. For what effect they were supposed to create, I'm not sure.

In the original run they used a fake cordless phone for Phone a Freind which Chris would pass to the contestant.

Celebrity Millionaire is scheduled to air on Tuesday 4 September at 8pm. And, it's on the Saturday before that as well. Are we to expect more changes?

Where did you get that from? My 14 Day TV Guide on my Top Up TV+ box thinks differently.
