I could see that working!
'The next couple safe and skating next week ARE...(audience going wild)...(sudden cut to smug Phillip Schofield face)...TO BE REVEALED AFTER THE BREAK!'
I could see that working!

I also thought that game for £2,000 was very harsh, even the Simplify was harsh in just slowing it down rather than making the glass bigger!
Hope a future series goes back to £250,000, winning £100,000 at the moment should feel MASSIVE but due to the million pound ladder it...doesn't, plus Phil doesn't get to bring out his catchphrase 'It's going to bring back a game you've already played but at a much harder difficulty level!'

Completely agree, I thought it was dreadful that they were given that game for £2000 when the others have been so easy. Actually really felt sorry for them because their remaining games were pretty tricky too. Shame they walked away empty handed
That first game for the first set of contestants tonight was incredibly tough. I like the Cube but I'm not sure the format suits being stripped like WWTBAM or BTC does.

I think its a shame there is no Trial Run this time round. The last couple on last night's episode were undecided if they wanted to go for the next game or not. I think if they could have trialed it, and were successful, it would have made for much more exciting viewing seeing them agonise over whether or not to go for £250,000 or staying with the £100,000.

Turns out it was never Christine!

I'm not really sure why the identity of the Body is being revealed. Wasn't the entire point of NOT revealing the identity so that people couldn't go and ask the person how to complete the challenges?
Seems an odd decision, but then again, we had Millionaire revealing there was a winner on the show so it seems like "keeping secrets" is not something game shows are really looking at doing any more lol.
I agree the lack of Trial Run is a bad idea and if the show is revived in the future, that lifeliine should come back: people are more easily quitting and running if they only have 3 lives on a mid-game task around £25k / £100k. Also agree that the first game challenge shouldn't be so difficult and those who get really difficult ones are unlucky (I say that because in older series, occasionally the first game could be incredibly difficult for no apparent reason).

I think not revealing the identity is more a stylistic choice than a security one. I’m sure there are many people who work on the show who would know the best method to complete the games, and they will be in public domain. Also apart from new games for a series, they’re all seen on TV, so it should be self evident what to do.
I don’t think intrigue about who The Body is ever caught on in the same way as it did for The Stig or The Banker.
