I saw the BBC Report of this on BBC1, and i cannot believe it when i saw a clip of 'Strike it Lucky' taken from youTube and blown up and cropped to full 16:9. I knew it was from youTube because it's the only Strike it Lucky clip on there, and it wasn't exactly anything special. It was also clearly 30 frames a second at one point.
Did they get permission to use it? If so why not just use a proper copy of the show.
Wonder if George Galloway will refer to it on his Talk Sport shows this weekend, seeing they were on last year's CBB together?
I think it may of been mentioned to on his TV show (The Real Deal Live Monday-Thursday on RAJ TV)as I saw one of the text mention the name Barrymore. I doubt he'll mention it on the radio show as its not the sort of thing talkSPORT will be wanting callers to talk about given the current Circumstances. Any way I've heard he's got this Friday off.
Whatever the outcome of the trial, I think we saw the real Barrymore on CBB.
He's messed up. He's a megalomaniac. He's damaged goods.
I can't bear to watch him on any programme. It reminds me of when Victorians visited mental asylums for entertainment.
Yet on CBB he still finished second to Chantelle. Perhaps the public still have an affection for him.
I agree though, he's not an entertainer anymore - he's a child stuck in a mental state. You stick him back on Strike It Rich or whatever today and chances are he'll not be madcap and slapstick anymore. Perhaps understandable given the "pool" incident. Who knows.

Coming second to Chantelle what kind of reassurance is that? The last i saw ( in Heat Mag psge 30) Preston was throwing loads of her stuff out. - read into that what you will.. What does she do now other than write this years BB stuff in New Mag ( i buy alot of mags- i get the Beano too).
Mind you if they do split, they can always make loas of dosh off the back of the break up, divorce and custody of the dogs/rats.
although as it happened at an impromptu party which several people gate crashed, including the person who died, it's highly likely Barrymore really did had nothing do do with it, it just happened to be in his house
