I'll put you to the test Ison, and anyone else for that matter.

Aww, I'm sorry, it's just a Friday night and now a Saturday morning and I'm too tired to do anything other than just sit and make filthy comments both here and in the chat room. Bless.

Hmmmmm, I'm not sure I like the sound of that!

Anyway, to get back on topic (if thats at all possible) then do you all plan to send Christmas cards this year? How many do you usually send? Am I on your Christmas card list? Why not?

If they are still using the balloon idents by then, how about some idents of it flying over frozen seas or snow scenes with reindeer?

And ITV should celebrate by cancelling its entire schedule and letting a decent channel take over.

Christmas? I can't stand it. Lots of crap presents I'll never find a use for, having to act grateful at getting nothing good and even the things you had to spell for them when they asked you what you wanted being wrong. Plus the fact my Mum is so anal-retentive she can't sit down for fear of sucking up the furniture. Everyone will argue and it will be hell.

Gee, that must be something to look forward to every year. :/

Anyway, I send Christmas cards to my close friends. But if you want a Christmas card Mr. Ison, then you shall get one. Very Happy

On the subject of Christmas, what does everyone want this year ?

Leave your list for santa here :

I would like an ITV Monkey. It is rumoured they will be on sale for Christmas and that Johnny Vegas and Monkey will be contenders for Christmas No.1 !

My main prezzie I would like either a CD Writer or SKY Digital in my room - i'm still trying to decide!

Also the BBC World CD if its been released!!
I'll have it booming round the house while we're eating christmas dinner. In fact, if I get a CD writer, we can have a full collection of BBC News sounds!!

Aah well, dream over. Mum will have Xmas stuff on Sad

Last year in the North...

Look North had a very nice Xmas tree in the background, Plus the Leeds City decs (which are some of the best in the North), can be seen out of the 'window'

Is Christa going to be fairy on the top of the tree?

Plus, the YTV Weather always gets into the spirit.

There were baubles on the weather map, and the temperature graphics were 'presents'

Christmas Day 1999 Debbie Lindley dressed in a full Santa outfit

A year later, John Mitchell did the forecast with a santa's hat on!

I do hope Mr Hicks is planning something for the forum. A nice wintery theme for December would be nice, Asa, and perhaps a cyber tree here and there. Lovely.

Christmas present, hmm, not sure. It really depends where I am at Christmas. If I'm in Paris - which is where I'm planning to be, but the dates aren't confirmed yet - then I'm not sure what I'll get.

On the subject of cards, I am a big card giver. I wrote so many cards out last year it was untrue, there will be even more this year because I've met a lot of old friends I hadn't seen in ages, so they'll have to be catered for. I'll send everyone on here a Christmas card, everyone I like, that is.

It had better snow this time. I'm sick of it not snowing.

So who gets a card on this forum? Wink

Oh, and a suggestion for a TVHome/Forum Christmas theme: Falling snowflakes. I've seen it done before on other websites.
