I wonder if they might push forward for a new series later this year as a potential X Factor replacement?

It’s the only thing ITV have that has any potential of rising to Strictly due to social media reaction and ratings haven’t been too bad.

I could very much see this happening.

I think they'd rather protect it by airing it away from Strictly.

X Factor and Strictly only clashed once last series. It usually started right after Strictly ended.

It's in the shadow though. At the moment it's getting 6m viewers and the most watched show on Saturday nights. Air it immediately after Strictly and the headline is that it's getting half the number of viewers of Strictly.

Yes, and they’d have the bother of constantly having to move it around based on whatever the BBC are doing.

In completely agreement with this however,

We will just have to wait and see.

I think they will leave it where it is. Its performing well in that slot, I dont think they will risk playing around with it to much. Its held up really well and very strong finale.

I have no idea what they could put in the x factors slot. Maybe try a new chat show in the earlier slot as Johnathan Ross I getting a bit stale. It's a hard one really.

I think a full series of Bradley Walsh: Showtime would work.

Yeah, ITV will be thinking "Don't change the winning formula"

Pardon my ignorance but I’ve seen this programme mentioned previously on here and I have no idea what it is. Was it broadcast as a pilot at some point?
