Unicorn certainly looking Jake Spears. Risky making people think it’s a household name and then it’s not. Might annoy a lot of audience.

Yes especially as I've looked up that person and even Google doesn't know who he is

I think I misspelt it, the person band is known to me but certainly not a well known name for a lot of audience,

Some of those clues are just trolling the audience.

It's called misdirection.

Bit behind but think Chameleon is Freddie Flintoff.

Poor reveal for ITV audience, not sure how many know Justin Hawkins. My parents are quite puzzled only just about knowing the band.
Duck is another one unknown to them if is Skin.

Come off it. First not everyone is going to have heard of everyone. But I’d say if most people don’t know Justin Hawkins by name they’ll know him from the Darkness and will recognise him. It sounds like your parents don’t have a clue about pop culture from the last 30 years!

I was impressed for it to be A, someone I’m aware of. B, someone I hadn’t guessed.

Well their pop knowledge does stop in the 1980’s and people from then on have to be really big, someone I like or known to them via a talent show.
The 90’s is a particularly black spot for me as well. I had heard of the Darkness but nit Skin if it’s her.

I mean... I first heard of The Darkness in the 00's due to the Christmas number one race. I don't think it's totally alien for older millennials

To be fair to them if your parents are anything like you they have probably lived in a nuclear bunker for the last 30 years, in case of the break out of WW3.
