Marge Simpson is set to go head to head with the Queen and deliver C4's alternative Christmas Message, reports Media Guardian.

The 10 minute show will also feature other members of her family, and is the first time the team behind the Simpsons have made a special for an international broadcaster.

The Simpsons begins on C4 in November, with new episodes on Friday nights, repeats weeknights at 6pm and a special Simpsons night planned.

yes the cornish thing is a storyline for an episode - there was a lot mentioned about it in the cornish media. the cornish nationalist political party Mebyon Kernow are reputedly involved.
