I want to manually tune my Freeview box as we're inbetween three transmitters (Moel-y-Parc, Wrekin and Winter Hill) and so don't get the best signal strength.

Is there anywhere that lists which channel and frequency I should tune to?

It has Channel (currently displaying 21) and Frequency (currently 474000). What do I have to enter?

Thanks, but that doesn't give the frequencies.

UHF channel number is what you need.

My Freeview box is asking for frequencies when I do a manual tune though.

Find out what UHF channels you receive your Freeview signals on.

Then go here:
http://www.ukfree.tv/mapsofsignal.php and click on the appropriate numbers on the right to find the frequencies. For example, Channel C43 (650MHz). Therefore add three zeros to the end of the numbers given to keep your box happy.

Or alternatively you could get a new box which works exclusively on UHF numbers Wink
