You mean that waste of space in Whitley in that shopping centre where they wanted me to *PAY* to park in the disabled bay. The cheek of it.

I had the roast potatoes from the first advert and they were *rubbish*. Mind that doesn't stop the adverts being fab and making my mouth water.

The ad reminds me of a dodgy used car salesman. "This ain't your usual Mondeo junk squire, it's the Ghia model with electric heated mirrors and satnav mate".

Cheap and tacky to my ears. The food itself is overpriced, overrated rubbish as well.

The Simply Food stores in train stations, motorway service stations, and the like are operated under franchise by Select Service Partner (part of the Compass Group behemoth).
You'll sometimes see SSP on the shelf edge tickets for sandwiches and the like. Presumably so the EPOS system can charge you more for the privilege of buying it in a station.

Fully agreed. It's too much of a mouthful, especially the first time you hear it - the repeating of the word 'food' is jarring.
"This is not just food, this is M&S" would be perfect.
