I've been wanting to do this for a while now but with xmas etc I thought it's better to wait. There been a few adverts that made a feel big effort whether controlling all the ad slots or having a major campaign.

The First one was during the first showing of Beetlejuice: both ideas are completely lost;

* It starts of with the man driving his car along the us Highway, on every single advert but the difference in each one is it would stop in random spots and no longer follow the car but instead focus on what's going on in that spot.

* It's in a restaurant and it's something to do with fly in soup every advert would be a bit different

The second one is more of a big campaign that seems to have been lost in the mists of time, It's about this dog and loads of people and there run out of the house and head for a big hill.

If I recall correctly, didn't Castlemaine XXXX do something similar in one of its campaigns a couple of decades ago: similar but subtly different adds in each break?

Did it have overweight shirtless man with his wife and when the camera stops on them he just sits and smiles?

It's going back a long time and I can't really recall the details. I just remember something about how the adverts played out throughout a film or evening.

Does anyone remember the Mini adverts where the car would jump over the next ad?

The Fly in my soup advert was for Smirnoff I believe. Think it was played twice back to back when it was shown the first few times.

If it's the same one I'm thinking of, I remember looking up this online a couple of years back as it was one of those odd things that had just stuck in the back of my mind for a few decades since first broadcast (the signs of effective advertising). I'm almost certain this article was about the Castlemaine campaign:-

And digging round now back off the back of this, a video was uploaded last year which appears to be the breaks from one of those Movie Premieres, albeit with some VHS degradation.

That is the advert, but I thought one of them was it stop at the overweight man bbq and stayed there. Strange how the mind plays tricks.

I dont think were seen ANY advert like that ever since.

Wow. Just wow! I thought that I'd never see those ads again! Thank you so so much!

Gosh you probably couldn't get away with that dodgy Bruce Lee impression at the start of that clip these days.
