Loss of Sky picture....

Is this happening to anyone else? I appear to have lost my Sky signal. Tried to use the telly just now but I got the message 'No satellite signal is being received'.

Am I the only one or could it be weather-related, as it is snowing quite hard out there...

If you've got snow on your satellite dish, it'll almost certainly stop you receiving a signal. The best thing to do is get a long, soft broom and dust it off - carefully though - don't knock it or you could mis-align it.

Try unplugging it from the wall, leaving it for a bit, then coming back. Either that or get a ladder and realign the dish yourself.

Noo-oo, remember Rod Hull! Very Happy

Switch your box off, unplug the input lead from your dish and give it a rub, then plug it in and switch back on. It's a common problem, according to Sky CS.
