Would you extend GMB but with Lorraine's content or just extend it with GMB content?

If you didn't know the history and the stuff to do with franchises etc, how would you explain that to viewers who see it as two shows like any other two shows.

It would take the breakfast approach of lighter features in the last hour. It's not the ideal solution but I think it's better than what they have now. The other option is creating another show to alternate in the slot which is essentially the same in all but name - or heck do what they used to do and use the slot for kids content in the holidays.

I don't ever recall kids shows during the holidays. I thought GMTV Today was just extended?

Certainly during the 1990s and early 2000s especially during the summer holidays it was always normal for GMTV (and TV-am with Wacaday) to pretty much dedicate the last hour to kids shows, as there was an audience, kids would be watching. Due to saturation of kids channels and on-demand, this wouldn't happen now. ITV would be more likely to give the 6-7am slot for kids shows if they did.

It was in it's later years but they used to show the likes of Pokemon and Power Rangers, and in it's early years Parkin's In, which seemed to be a mixture of cartoons.

Entertainment Today used to replace Lorraine on Fridays when she wasn't there (pre-Daybreak she only did Monday to Thursday), and certainly up until Daybreak V1 they would just continue GMTV until 9:25.

Just for the sake of a title that irratates a handful of anal nerds on a internet forum?
UKnews, Nicky and Jon gave kudos

Has Gaby Roslin always been this wooden or is it a new thing with her?

She seems to be great at less rehearsed and more relaxed shows like Big Breakfast and Children In Need etc.
She isn't so great on the Lottery and was just as wooden on her Whatever You Want gameshow in the 90's.

She has a live audience for 1 week at the end of September according to Sro audiences.

The fashion awards had an audience a couple of years ago, so if they are still held I imagine it will be for that.

According to a trailer on her programme she is inviting people to get in touch to nominate women who have done something amazing or that they feel deserves recognition for an achievement or heroic task. It sounds like they're doing a week of surprise surprise style shows.
