Makes me wonder why ITV still don't have a proper breakdown caption.
And I got no sound on ITV HD during the National Trust programme. Don't know if that was the case for anybody else. Bit of a mess going into Jeremy Kyle too with a blank screen after the break bumper and crashing in and out of a Fairy Liquid advert and trailer. CA gave no apology into JK.
ITV has definitely started looking sleeker since the rebrand, but this highlights that they're still a mess when it comes to thinking on their feet.

As mentioned, lorraine was off air due to the fire alarm. Quite a few complaints on their Facebook page saying ' they are irresponsible for carrying on'. I'm fully aware that they needed to check first as it's live. But i was surprised that they carried on the interview whilst the fire alarm went off, for a minute all be it.

Small snippet of it here recorded from TV. Usually in TV studios doesn't it go from a flashing light for a minor fire/fire drill to a full on alarm like we got there for an unexpected fire?
Indeed the full incident is already uploaded on ITV Player from 28:10. Probably should have gone off air instead of going to an interview with all the alarms going off when Lorraine and the guest is completely put off and of course for safety reasons!

A fire Alarm went off during the live broadcast of Lorraine this morning. Lorraine tried to keep things on track and continued her interview with X-Factor evictee Steph Nala. The show didn't return to air after the incident. Lorraine has tweeted that it was "A false alarm"
