I’d imagine that they’d record it earlier whilst GMB is on the air.


They'd be preparing for the live show then. Perhaps Wednesday afternoon after Loose Women.

I'm sure I read at some point that they record the 'Friday' Lorraine on a Tuesday. I might be wrong there but it rings a bell.
