Nadia Sawalha had her hands very full as today's anchor. Numerous communication and technical failures with their remote guest. Handled it well though.

Having Nadia Sawalha, Linda Robson and Brenda Edwards as the 'in studio' panellists these last two days has been a mess. Constant laughing, no serious debates, nothing journalistic about it at all.
I don't mind the LW having fun but it's felt too gimmicky the last couple of days.
It's a shame that Jane Moore, Carol McGiffin and Kaye Adams have both been off this week.

Certainly was chaotic! Funny that although Kaye is supposed to be presenting more in the summer she hasn’t been seen for 2 weeks now. Ranvir is also now on holiday for 2 weeks so she won’t be available either... and a well deserved break for her too! She’s been appearing on just about every itv show going lately.

I thought we’d have seen more of Coleen through the Summer too. Funnily enough- Andrea & Nadia seem to have been the main two anchors with Kaye & Ranvir doing the odd episode too.
Christine isn’t doing Lorraine the next couple of weeks, will she return to LW?

Yes it has been awful for the last 2 days. People say it isn't supposed to be Newsnight, but you do need a couple of journalistic types there to keep it on track, hold it together and get the panelists to share their views clearly.
Presumably Kaye will be back anchoring next week, if Ranvir is off.

Andrea only ever appears on 2 episodes a week (Mon and tues) when the show is live.
Kaye did wed, thu and fri the week before last and has been off since then, which is why I think she may be back next week.

Jane Moore is currently in France which is expected to become a country we need to quarantine in soon! Kaye is in Italy, not sure where Denise is.
I guess these shows are hoping all these holidays are not abroad too - you pretty much have to assume you'll be quarantining now.

But agree, when the entire panel is “light”, it can be a bit messy. Having this remote 4th doesn’t really help either.
