Whilst I like Trisha, whenever she was on as a panellist it almost felt like she was trying to turn it into her own show.

It’s a shame Anne Diamond and Anna Richardson aren’t still panellists. They’d of both been ideal! Miss those. LW is slipping back into its old clicky ways IMO.

I’ve never got why the decent ones who didn’t appear very often simply disappear never to be seen or mentioned again! (Denise Van Outen for example) but then the likes of Judi Love and Brenda Edwards appeared once and now are never off screen.

Penny Lancaster appears at most once or twice a year these days. You’d think now one panellist is at home she’d of been able to appear more regularly!

Penny tends to appear for a couple of episodes then has an episode where Rod is the guest and then she disappears for 9 months again! It was definitely before Christmas when we last saw her.

Regarding anchors, Andrea seems to always be on for an insufferable amount of episodes in Summer, usually at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Christine announced at the end of today’s show that she’s off for a few weeks now to present Lorraine. Kaye is back in the studio from next week too.

Yes, it sounds like it will be Kaye, Nadia and Andrea being the main presenters until September.
Christine is a very good presenter. I think she would be great with Eamonn on This Morning too.

It certainly looks that way! If Kaye is travelling, I’d half expect that it won’t be too long until we see Coleen too.

Not sure what happened with Ranvir randomly anchoring those couple of episodes?

Yeah that didn’t really make any sense... especially as those episodes she did were pre-recorded on a Wednesday. Nadia was on those days too.

Generally all the comments I saw were positive. But maybe she’ll pop up.

It was reported to have been two guest appearances. Not sure Ranvir could fit in Loose Women full-time what with her many other ITV gigs.

Kaye used to be the main presenter of LW from day one in 1999 so it makes sense that she is a deputy presenter along with Nadia and Colleen to cover when Christine and Ruth aren't there.

And like Magic, Coleen is back in the studio today.

Kaye is back anchoring. By far the best presenter of this programme.

That surprised me a little bit. I expected Andrea, Andrea, Coleen, Kaye, Kaye Monday thru Friday, given they had gone to the extent of bringing Coleen down south. I thought they would have used her to fill an anchor gap whilst Ruth and Christine are away.

Coleen filled a lot during last ‘summer’.

But at the same time, why just bring Kaye down for Scotland for a day or two.

Hopefully we’ll see Kaye anchoring for the rest of the week!
