There was a Loose at 5:30 co-hosted* by Ted Robbins (a man!), can't remember if the normal format also got a run out at that time.


If I recall the idea of Loose at 5:30 was that it was a mixture of men and women; Kay Adam and Ted Robbins shared presenting duties. Jason Gardner was a regular panelist too. It only lasted a few weeks in 2006, and I'm sure LW 'proper' aired at the time too.

It didn't. Loose women only ran for half the year back then.

So, Kaye Adams has now made her first appearance. It's like she's never been away!

The programme now appears to have a vast pool of presenters: Kaye, Carol, Andrea, Colleen, Lisa, Sally, JSP, Jane, Sherrie, Shobna, Linda, Jane Moore, Nadia......13 presenters to fill 20 seats per week, which means an average of just one appearance per person per week (+/-).

Surely some rationalisation will occur?

She never really was - well her show wasn't anyway. Has it been on terrestrial TV since it's days on C4 - and that's going back a long time as they replaced it with Ricki Lake, and that's got to be at least 20 years ago.
