Loose Women

A sketch which runs as follows:

Beau Beaumont (Julie Walters) goes for a meeting at ITV, about possibly appearing in I'm A Celebrity (with zero knowledge of the show's format, nor seemingly the 2nd half of its title).

Several of the show's various former participants get name-checked during the meeting, including Jan Leeming.

Beau walks out in horror, when told about the disgusting Bushtucker Trials etc. During her exit rant about how she considers the show's deplorable format to be utterly beneath her, she remarks something like "... and I will not appear on any programme that considers Jan Leeming to be a 'celebrity'!"

I noticed the other day a video with the STV ident popped up on the official Loose Women account:

I assume this means ITV prepares the videos for STV's social media?

It's even been put out by mistake or 100% definitely certainly a sure fire clear indication ITV are buying STV.

Or perhaps a sign that ITV are phasing out their brand in favour of STV.

I would have thought it was as simple for them to export the same clip with STV and itv branding and stick the STV versions on a server or file sharing system for them to pick up.

Esther McVey (Prime Ministerial candidate) probably thought she was coming onto Loose Women for a cozy chat yesterday, most likely not realizing that Kaye Adams and Jane Moore were both on the panel yesterday.

Let’s just say, Ms McVey was given a rough ride.

I'm not sure Steve Allen would have given her an easier ride.

I can't be bothered checking Hansard, but I wonder if any enterprising MP ever shoehorned her other TV show in? "My constituent is in a wheelchair but is required to attend an assessment for benefits on the third floor of a building with no lifts. Can the rt hon Lady tell me... How Do They Do That?"

Maybe she should have stayed at CBBC working with Edd the Duck, where she could answer the question she hoped to be asked not the one that was really asked

Coleen Nolan in charge today and tomorrow. It’s been a while.

I notice on social media she's been coming under fire for a less than PC "impression" she did during the last TLS set era, with many not realising it's probably a few years old now.

Really? I don’t recall her doing any impersonations at all.
