Well with 4 new looks launching today, with extraordinary anticipation that has been going on for what seems like years, they were never going to have all 4 meeting everyone’s approval.

My eyes!! Ouch.
It's possibly a step back, but the content of the show took a step back quite some time ago so I'd argue that the set now matches it better.

I thought it looks alright in the previews but god it's ugly on screen and looks so small too, and the less said about the lime green the better.
I actually think switching the desk and audience sofas around would probably work better with the audience risers then being the backdrop to the set, along with Loosey.

The set was designed by Sarah Milton (who designed the previous set) according to today's end credits. Unsurprisingly, she hasn't added it to her website portfolio yet. http://www.sarahmilton.tv/

It looks god awful. To be fair to the designer I don't think bright green, red and yellow all together lends itself to a lovely looking set whatever way you slice it but that set certainly doesn't look good. It's a big step back from the last set which actually looked rather nice on screen.

The new set definetely needs shafted that's for sure. *Kilroy fist motion*
The front audience is clearly there so they can have cameras behind them and have the illusion of the shot being taken from the middle of the crowd, it's a common clever trick.
The back audience bit reminds me of Kilroy.. .

But what do you think about the set?
Having watched the whole show now, I actually feel queasy.
