Is tomorrow the last Loose Women of the season, before the summer break and is it also Jane's final show??? We can't access the ITV Website here in Dubai. I would love if someone could put Jane's last edition up on Youtube. Forever indebted and a nice bottle of Shiraz if anyone manages it. PLEASE.
The lady who normally uploaded ("Katy from Spain") can no longer do it!
Jane is the best thing about LW. She will be sorely missed and I wonder who will step-up as her replacement? Carol Vorderman has the same qualifications as Jane ("lives with her mother, her mother is called Jean, etc.....), so maybe she could be the one?
R Jairn is leaving????? Sad news. Reported on MSN News. She was (is) the best Loose Woman by far.
Jane is to take a sabbatical and will not be on Loose Women next season. After a break she intends to return.
Probably on tour, or doing a cruise. I don't know if anybody knows this, but she used to work on a cruise-liner. I still watch for McGiff, not the same without R Jairn though.
Those of us with long memories will recall an upmarket version of Loose Women made by Southern TV. It wasn't fully networked, as I recall, but Border screened it for years...as did Thames...
I believe that today is the last day and also Jane's last appearance for a year or so. Can someone please please please please please please get today's episode up on YTube? Forever grateful.
The ITV website doesn't like to allow access to those of us overseas.
I believe Jane is also gonna sing one of her favourite songs today as well.

Aside from the fact that it was presented by women, and broadcast in the afternoon, I don't think that programme has any likeness to 'Loose Women'.
The elegant well-behaved ladies of 'Houseparty' never had a wicked thought in their dull domestic lives, never mind broadcast them!
I'm guessing that you've not seen 'Loose Women' recently!
It's not downmarket at all, just aiming for a different market altogether.

I think you would be hard pushed to claim that
'Loose Women'
is any more than midly risqué for the time of day it's broadcast. It can deal with quite sensitive subjects, often inspired by the development of a conversation rather than any pre-determined agenda.
From what I've seen of the programme it has quite a wide appeal, and is not just limited to middle class housewives.

I was surprised not to see Andrea on Jane's last show. I think this proves Kate Thornton has been a brilliant addition to the team this year.
A slightly cheesy exit for Jane McDonald. That song she sang was terrible and Louie Spence ruins my viewing pleasure.

And this is my first post on TV Forum, hooray!
Welcome on board. Well I'm sure Jane McDonald would admit herself she's a bit cheesy ("I used to work on a cruiseliner, don't know if anybody knows"), she did love all the leopard skin gifts she got too :lol She likes her growlers and tea, so she does have a bit of class.
She'll be back after the next series, so all is not lost
