And they seemed to have changed the Lunctime set up too. The lunchtime news was presented by Faye Barker who did the headlines in lunctime live too. And on Tuesday Vicky presented the lunchtime news and then did lunchtime live with Geoff (no Gaynor), and Andrew Knight did the headlines (and Calendar East).

Yes I've noticed that, Calendar Lunchtime News used to be presented by one of the main presenters from Lunchtime Live, but this week it looks like Faye Barker now does this bulletin. (Which means Faye now does GMTV, 10.56, Lunchtime News and Lunchtime Live Headlines)

Maybe this is so Christine can now present Calendar 5 days a week.

The reason there was no Gaynor or Christine on Tuesday daytime, was because they were at some sort of "Yorkshire Women of Acheivement" event or something

---

I'm not quite sure about this No Ident before Calendar set up, It seems a bit strange going straight from Crimestoppers or "A Tale of two Farmers, Monday 10.50 on Yorkshire" into the opening titles of Calendar.

Maybe, YTV could do like BORDER and show an ident as a frontcap, The long version of the regional ident would be ideal!

Like the 'handing over to the sub regions' graphics though, it was the first time I saw them today. And I was trying to record the opening titles with them anouncing the presenters for my site but there was a big cock up so I got that instead.

Does anyone have any version of the headline beds, especially the 'still to come' one. I have the basic one (the one that they use for the headlines in lunchtime live) but would really like some of the others. Actually I think the one they use at the start of Calendar has the drums thing added over the top as the version I have follows straight from the first half of the opening titles.

So, you've got the cockup on tape, that was quite lucky!

They have three different headline beds on Calendar, Theres the one for the Calendar Headlines, Calendar Lunchtime Live Headlines, and then Calendar Still to Come.
When there used to be adverts in the middle of Calendar, the Headlines bed was used for a second time just after the break.

Also, as you probably know, the music used for 'Calendar Welcome Back' can now only be heard after the break on Lunchtime Live

InTune, if you're going to read this before 1:00 a.m. today, would you be so kind as to tell me which presenters are doing what tomorrow? Is it all go for Paul Hudson doing the weather despite rumours of a holiday? Can I go to sleep safe in the knowledge that he'll be presenting tomorrow?

If everything is as normal, Christa Ackroyd will be presenting "Good Afternoon" from 1-3pm on the radio, but it might be Harry Gration.

Are you travelling by train to Leeds?

Ian White's cold must have got the better of him, as today the 3:25pm was done by Charlotte Doney. Either that or Ian's filming 'Whats On' today.

Its Weekday 7 of the new arrangements of Calendar, and the presenting patterns haven't been the same any two days yet!

Look North now has a regional halfway mention opt on the 1 O'Clock news now as for the Six. Peter Levy AND Paul Hudson swap a couple of lines of banter and remind people what's on Look North from the main desk - it's excellent and it was the first time that they did so when I went to see behind the scenes yesterday!

Oh yes Steve - there really ARE Lego bricks stuck to buttons in the self-opt! They're white, and there's also Velcro stuck to a couple as well!

No it wasn't they've been doing it for at least a week. It is good though if a little unusal to have a little laugh in the headlines. Very Happy
