Nope, but hopefully some music, a spoof =2= and an announcement, if they're going for the really authentic look. The image we've seen so far seems to suggest otherwise though. It's close, but not accurate.

To be fair, it was the same in the last series too. The Schools And Colleges clock lacked the word 'Independent' (presumably for obvious reasons) - still a very nice touch, and enough to make me feel a bit nostalgic.

Hehe, I know, but the anorak in me longs to see the real idents etc. in the same quality I saw them aged 5, rather than peering through tape noise and realplayer artifacts. It won't detract from my enjoyment of this programme, I'm sure.

I suppose that would largely depend on whether the models were retained; if they were, chances are they are festering in someone's attic. Attempts to trace the ITV 1980s clock have so far proved fruitless; the clock had pretty much had it during those final few months on ITV and they struggled to keep it going until June. Would still be a shame if it was junked.

Maybe the TV museums (MOMI, National Film & Television Archive) have some examples of Schools pres? They seem to have plenty of other Pres items.
