The London Studios

I notice that Loose Women arn't in the London Tonight studio this time.

Are they still at the London Studios anyone know? Presumably they are now in Studio 3 which would mean that TLS is running pretty much to full capacity at the moment with ITV productions

Even though I cannot stand Loose Women, I do feel very sorry for the Production staff involved. As for the first couple of years it came from Granada in Manchester, it then moved to Anglia in Norwich and now comes from The London Studios.

It wouldn't surprised me if they've moved again.

I guess the London Studios are really full atm what with Saturday Night Takeaway, This Morning, GMTV, Parkinson, Paul O Grady and Hit Me Baby One More time all currently coming from there?

Talking of the Anglia Studios, has the production side closed now due to Trisha finnishing? Is it only regional programmes that come from Anglia?

More or less. AIUI, there's only a (very thin) skeleton staff left for the network production studio and although it's not closed officially, there isn't any regular work, just occasional work for which a freelance crew is brought in.

I love The London Studios, but it really surprises me that they can fit so much into the building. From ground level, it looks really tiny!!! (Apart from the tower block, or course!)

Having just seen a bit of Loose Women, it actually looks like it's coming from the 2001 incarnation of Crossroads.

Lol, it is a bit too classy, it like another room in Des & Mel Towers.

I'm guessing that it will be coming from Studio 3, with Paul in 2, Parky & Ant & Dec in Studio 1, GMTV in 5, and This Morning in 8, they only have studio 7 left. Plus why aren't there studios 4 and 6, or are there?
