Just out of interest, which one would you use if somebody important died, like when HRH The Queen Mum died, they had the ballet dancers, I don't really think any of them suit this sort of situation other than the Moon.

I think there's a sort of generic ident, with the logo animating onto a red background.

moon into news 24 seems appropriate, also which other idents havn't been aired yet?... windows etc

So anyway, is this all it's going to be, Moon for news, Football for football, it's not very exiciting really.

No! Nicola has a northern Irish accent.

It will probably work as with the dancers, where certian idents are rested and others played out for a time, then a switch to keep viewers interested.

OT slightly, this is the first time I can remember the three BBC North regions opting out for 2 hours in this way. Came as a bit of a surprise since I hadn't noticed the difference in the schedule.
