I dont record each ident. its a link to the press released clips I uploaded to youtube before the relaunch.

For your information, my stance on drugs has been the same for many years, long before I even saw those episodes. But I am sure license payers who already resent the inflated salary Mr Norton is being paid will be even less pleased that this is what he does with the money.
No, that's just you thinking the worst in me.
But it's very unfortunate the likes of Angus Deayton and Craig Charles are seen as public role models. Drugs wreck lives in more ways than one; they reduce users to mere shells; they cost the NHS millions - in short, drugs are almost always bad news.

I'm glad Zammo's story had an impact on you. As to Mr Norton, what gets near his behind is his own business and no one elses.

If you took all the people off TV who take/have taken drugs I suspect you'd end up with the test card on screen most of the day.
Is that what you want?
Oh. Wait...

I don't. It's an ident - the person in it is irrelevant IMO.
Saying that they withdrew Acrobats for a while because one of the acrobats in it died.
Don't know why this one keeps getting trotted out - it was a friend of the performers in Acrobats who died.

Could a moderator please put an end to this thread?
After ten pages of logging BBC One idents I'm starting to worry for the health of the people who have stayed up for 36 hours straight to watch BBC1.
Thanks to all who've contributed but surely it's gone far enough now. Anything of interest (i.e. if 'Surfers' or 'Windows' pops up) could be put in the generic New BBC One thread?
Just a thought.

I agree. This thread serves absolutely no purpose.
Get some sleep, people.
