My house mates have spent several minutes staring in disbelief at the output of Sheffield Live while flicking through the channels. The news is often good for a laugh for how poorly it's put together, the priority of stories and how uninformative you can actually make a news programme.
I particularly like the promo for advertising on Sheffield Live, which runs a random sequence of scenes filmed around Sheffield (largely, it seems, within 200 metres of the station studios) while a VO tells us how we can advertise on Sheffield Live over a generic jazz bed. At no point during the promo do the station's contact details appear as an on-screen caption. If it was posted in
it'd get panned, yet there it is on TV.
