That's Manchester currently off-air with a breakdown caption provided by Comux under the [local] brand rather than by That's Manchester themselves. Not sure what the issue is.

EDIT: It's been off-air at least half-an-hour but I'm not sure when the fault started. Current time: 13:37 BST.

EDIT 2: Screen is divided horizontally in two, black on top, white on bottom. Orange to red text in the black half, black text in the white half. The [local] logo is in the bottom right. "Sorry, we're having some technical difficulties." in the black half and "We'll be back with you as soon as we can." in the white half.

I suspect they're just testing if anyone is actually watching, so they'll be greatful for your comments.

I have no idea if the fault has been fixed as I am now away from the place I was at and do not have access to Freeview here.

Something I don't think I've seen mentioned here is that Mustard TV has had a bit of a change around recently. In addition to the 6pm news programme (which continues to be made up of 15m of news and then 15m of either sport/business/etc), there is now a Norwich@Nine programme, which whilst mostly the same content, has special graphics and even a standing up green screen position. I *think* previously they used to just rerun the 6pm programme or something, so it's good to see new things tried out. The Mustard Show has also got new graphics, which looking at the On Demand bit of the website they didn't have a few weeks ago, so presumably these are recent changes.

The one thing I do find strange in all their new title sequences is how prominent the Forum is - I know it's a public space with a library, bar, restaurant in it but the BBC have done a very good job of making me associate it with them and Look East above anything else!

I find it terribly poor of That's TV that there are still no proper websites for their channels. I understand they are on a very very low budget and have probably bitten off more than they can chew, but a well-made website is a must now-a-days.

Also, I note Made in Teesside have a logo that bucks the trend of the rest of the Made channels: http://madeinteesside.com

EDIT: Looking at it, it's probably not related to the Made TV Network. However, I did get the logo from the Local TV Network site (http://localtvnetwork.org.uk) so I'm not the only one to be fooled!

EDIT 2: Also love this which I found by a mis-spelling of Teesside: http://www.madetelevision.tv/teeside

Isn't Ceefax a trademark of the BBC?

And some of those colours aren't possible on Teletext.

That's Manchester again off-air with the caption below:

Current time 23:57 BST

Not sure how long it has been like this, but for sure under one hour as I noted them before with several over-lapping show name DOGs below the main DOG.

Still off-air at That's Manchester. Current Time: 09:14 BST. Surely Ofcom must have noticed?

Depends what level of Teletext you have implemented. Level 2 and 2.5 allowed user defined colours - and has been broadcast in the past. (The BBC flirted with it but didn't ever really deploy it) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teletext#Levels

It may still be being used by some European broadcasters on DVB services : http://www.pembers.freeserve.co.uk/Teletext/#Level_2-5

Though if you are trying to emulate Level 1 (as widely used in the UK for CEEFAX) then you are right - the colours are wrong, and the typeface isn't one of the generally and widely used typefaces (such as the lovely BBC Mode 7 / SAA5050 output font which had lovely 'character rounding' to stop the characters looking blocky)
