Private Eye and the Press Gazette reports that Blue Publishing, which owns Loaded, Loaded TV and Superbikes recently went into administration.

However, Loaded continues to be published by a new company, 'Loaded Media Ltd' which has Paul Baxendale-Walker as the MD and Company Secretary.

It's a shame that Loaded is no longer owned by this man:

However the new owner looks like he will be up to the task:

I believe the former is the second image, and the latter is the first image.

After the earlier sad news about Bid Plus, I now notice that Loaded TV has been removed from the Sky EPG today. Loaded TV as we previously knew it had actually already closed and the channel that remained lost all Loaded TV branding some time ago, instead using a very basic spinning text ident and calling itself Channel 200. They also dropped the DOG sometime ago and didn't seem to stick to the published schedule. The only time the Loaded TV brand was seen was when it was featured within a programme.

Anyway, the channel itself (which you will remember was always called Controversial TV, never Loaded TV) is still broadcasting off the EPG. There is no EPG information and I am not sure of the source of the programming they are broadcasting. At the time of writing the broadcast appears to be about anal breathing and includes a woman giving a demonstration.

EDIT: Seems that this is the same as it has been for the last few months, just no longer on the EPG. It even has adverts for the May issue of Loaded.

I hope you're being sarcastic, because that was no joke. It's clearly on an automated loop if they're still advertising a magazine from five months ago!
