Does anyone know whether Channel 4 is doing a third series of "That'll Teach 'Em" this summer?

For those unfamiliar with the programme: in summer 2003, 20-ish 16-year-olds who had just finished their GCSE's went to a 1950's style grammar school and studied for a few O levels. They didn't do especially well, despite ending up with multiple A*'s in their real exams, suggesting that O levels were indeed harder.

Last summer, a group who got lots of B, C & D grades at GCSE went to a 1960's style "secondary modern" school and did vocational courses and some CSE's.

Both series were very enjoyable to watch, interesting from an educational point of view and produced some likeable characters.

They ought to do more, but who knows...?

Maybe they could do one where a bunch of adults have to come to a 21st Century school and suffer the **** education changes they voted in favour of.
