Not altogether unexpected but still very sad news. I hope her family and friends can take comfort from the fact that she fought hard against the odds to keep going longer than a lot of people with her condition, and now she is at peace.

Time to rewatch this.

Whatever you think of soaps, Liz Dawn was of a generation who made them work.
