Highlights just on All4 according to their press release.

Well it doesn’t quite say that but only mentions All 4. I wouldn’t be surprised if highlights turned up on at least 4Seven or More 4 at some point and possibly even the main channel overnight before the next days play. That said they might think it’s a good way to push the streaming service, but if you were Channel 4 wouldn’t you be doing everything possible to tell people you’ve got the live coverage? An hour of highlights at 8pm on at least one linear channel would be a way of doing that. I think just because it hasn’t been confirmed yet doesn’t mean it won’t happen.

Sunset & Vine - well, getting the old gang back!
Suspect then studio pres will be done at BT Sport/Timeline. Probably using the same set up as they used for the Ashes coverage a couple of years ago.

Time to re-configure the massive screens infront of the sofas once more! Very Happy

Don't Sunset + Vine have their own studios? Think it is Whisper who tend to use BT/Timeline more.

You may be thinking of IMG. S&V's website makes reference to edit suites at the HQ and a 'camera resource' but not studios.

I say studio maybe at BT Sport/Timeline as S&V produced the ashes coverage a couple of years back for BTSport so given the quick turnaround in production needed, they know what technicals they can be provided at very short notice.

I know there was a small "content studio" at S+V HQ in Hammersmith but that was nothing bigger than a small room which had a cyc round it and a few lights on stands - ideal for an interview, definitely not ideal for a studio wraparound.

S+V Cymru do (or maybe did?) have some degree of studio facilities as part of Tinopolis' HQ in Llanelli, for what it's worth.

Was getting it mixed up with IMG but yes, C4 used their Llanelli studio for the rugby.

The Telegraph says it'll come from a studio in Ealing.

That’s Timeline isn’t it? Who also seem to offer the BT Sport studios, so it’s possibly a crossed wire.

Seems Timeline have virtual studios out in Ealing which serve the purpose.

I don't think anyone had confirmed Timeline were involved, just a lot of assumptions. That's not to say they were wrong!

Timeline have operations in both Ealing and Stratford. They operate the studios used by BT Sport in Stratford, but also have some presentation spaces at their Ealing Studios base, including green-screen VR studio capacity. They have control rooms and post-production facilities at both sites.

The Ealing site is used extensively by Whisper for their F1 coverage for C4, as well as their SailGP stuff. I think it may also have been used for the BBC cricket stuff?

The usual suspects for this kind of stuff would be Timeline in Ealing/Stratford, IMG Studios at Stockley Park or Gravity (was Input) Media in Shepherds Bush. All three sites have extensive connectivity, control rooms, post production facilities and presentation spaces/commentary areas.

You're right about the cricket - plus also the BBC's WSL coverage, and V² use it for the cycling on ITV.
