Lighten up Chie.

I'm fairly sure he was joking, David!

I'd have had an ear-bashing via email, facebook or MSN if he'd felt that strongly about my comment. Very Happy

Dammit, really should not be on TVF **cough Birthday celebrations** today

Happy Birthday Smile

Watched five minutes of this last night. What a load of guff. Reminded me of the worst sort of Saturday morning children's tv. ( the summer fillers! )

Looks like Charlie Brooker doesn't think much of the programme...

So the show is still miraculously surviving! I don't know how the viewing figures look like tho, help someone please?

They are obviously confident of the presenter line-up too as they have just launched a Twitter feed and Facebook profile both called IanMelindaKate.

Last time I checked they were in the 200,000-400,000 range... Not exactly stellar.

*** EDIT ***
Just checked last nights overnights. 300,000 with a 1.3% share.

In comparison between 1830 and 1930 on the other channels.
BBC Regional News 5.2m, The One Show 4.5m
ITV Evening News 3.5m, Emmerdale 6.9m
Strictly It Takes Two 2.3m, Snooker 1.0m (though that ran for longer than 30mins)
Hollyoaks 1.4m, C4 News 700,000

So by far the lowest rated show on the big five terrestrials, by quite a long way...

The ONe Show is doing spectacularly well!!
Why does Ian sit back slightly from the other two girls,? I think he thinks it makes him more dominant on camera! This is called dedication (or not having a life) as I'm posting on my birthday! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I can't believe how bad this show is. Ian and Melissa are so annoying it's so funny when they try to discuss serious issues they are just not credible. How long before it's axed ?

what is great about it is ian wright constantly jibing at guetes when he thinks his mic is off, or making sarky comments about things he knows little about. i can't stand the man - kate though, if given the right vehicle, i think could have a good future in presenting. such a shame she has to try to polish a turd alone.
